Here’s what changed — and what it means for your agency.

- Log in to the member portal with your Big “I” credentials.
- Select the states you operate in, the coverages you offer, and the companies you represent.
- Add any specialties like languages spoken, niche markets or additional services.
- Confirm your contact information to make sure everything is current and accurate.
- Save your updates – your listing will be live, and your agency will begin being recommended to shoppers.

Consumers looking for insurance coverage on the Trusted Choice site will enter key information about who they are and the type of coverage they need. Based on the information entered they will see a list of local agencies that can meet their needs. The consumer will then choose the agency they want to work with and the selected agency will receive the users information via email.
Yes — completely free. Your listing on the new TrustedChoice.com is a benefit included with your Big “I” membership. There is no subscription, no fee, no upsell, and no paid tier. Every member is included at the same level.
We were able to import basic agency information — name, address, and contact details — into the new site. However, members must log in and select the coverages and lines of business they offer, as this information is essential for consumers searching on the locator. Without it, your listing may not appear in relevant searches.
The Big “I” Board made the decision in 2025 to divest the assets of TrustedChoice.com. As part of that arrangement, the Big “I” retained the TrustedChoice.com name and relaunched it on June 1 as a free member benefit. The new site has no connection to any subscription-based successor platform. Same URL — entirely new model.
Former TC.com subscribers have been transitioned to a separate platform operated by Momentum AMP. You may continue your participation there if you choose — that platform is entirely separate from and unaffiliated with the Big “I” or the TrustedChoice.com brand. The new TrustedChoice.com is a separate, additional benefit available to all Big “I” members.
