The new TrustedChoice.com toolkit

In 2025, the Big “I” board made the decision to divest of the various assets of trustedchoice.com, and a new owner, Momentum AMP, has taken control of them. However, as part of that arrangement, the Big “I” will again control the trustedchoice.com name beginning June 1^st.

On that date, we will be launching an all-new TrustedChoice.com, with fresh consumer-facing content and an agency locator exclusively for Big “I” members. Here’s what you and your members need to know:

• It’s a free, consumer-facing agency locator. Shoppers visiting TrustedChoice.com will be able to search for independent agents in their area.
• Every Big “I” member is included automatically — no subscription, no opt-in, no fees, no upselling.
• Members who were on the previous trustedchoice.com have been transitioned to InsuredBetter.com, operated by Momentum AMP, and may continue their paid subscription if they choose. InsuredBetter.com is not affiliated with the Big “I” or the Trusted Choice brand or URL. The new TrustedChoice.com is a separate, additional benefit.

What Members Need to Do

The company admin will need to log in to the new site and update their agency’s profile to ensure their listing is complete and accurate. We were able to import basic agency info but will need members to select the states they operate in, the coverages they provide, and some other key info.

Users can update their profile by visiting https://trustedchoice.independentagent.com/agency-locator/ – please also use this link in any emails, social posts, or other member outreach. We can help with identifying or updating who is set as admin (there can be multiple).
